Postage and Packaging

All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand packed by our  skilled in-house packing team. Your purchase is shipped directly to you as soon as we receive your cleared payment, dispatch excludes weekends, public holidays. All orders before 2pm will be dispatched same day. We offer standard Royal Mail shipping as well as a competitively priced City-Link 1 to 2 working day tracked courier service for larger or more urgent orders.

Insurance

City-Link parcels are automatically insured but, in line with standard courier practice, please check parcel contents before signing as if you do not we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurred in transit. If your parcel is insured, we are happy to refund or replace your item and will also reimburse the amount you paid for shipping.

Faulty Product or Missing Parts

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Please notify us the same day you receive the product by opening a helpdesk ticket under the Ask section.

Return Policy

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working after delivery. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we receive the goods back and have inspected them, we will either refund your payment [using the same payment type you used to pay for your order] or replace the goods or arrange a repair. This will depend on the reason you returned the goods and the length of time you've had the goods. If you would like to return your item you need to open an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If we collect the goods from you, we may charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund). We do not accept any goods that are returned without prior acceptance.

Shipping Policy

Larger items sent by courier will require a signature upon delivery. You are automatically alloted 2 delivery attempts, 3rd delivery is chargable. All customers are advised to check for signs of damage immediately and or sign for it accordingly. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship your parcel. This is done to protect the interests of ourselves and our customers.

Duties and Taxes

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country; this includes (and is not limited to) duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services.

Warranties

All items include a minimum of 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Stock Levels

Due to unforeseen high demand we rarely but occasionally find ourselves out of stock of a particular item. Please be assured that we do our best to avoid this situation and will notify you and ship your purchase as soon as possible.
