The VU+ Duo 4K SE offers space for 2 Plug & Play Full Band Capture (FBC) tuners offering super fast program zapping. Two built in tuner slots provide space for 2x FBC tuner modules (DVB-S2, DVB-S2X, DVB-C) or a DVB-T2 dual tuner. Other great features included Gigabit LAN, DualBand WiFi and USB 3.0 ports. A DVB-S2 FBC twin tuner has 8 demodulators.
With two conventional (eg twin LNB) satellite feed lines, the tuner can be compared with 2 conventional and 6 additional tuners that work in loop-through mode. You can watch, stream or record channels from 8 different transponders from 2 different satellite levels at the same time.
In SCR (Unicable) mode with 8 frequencies, this corresponds to 8 conventional tuners.
